Damage Policy: Since all orders are shipped via third party, we strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment against lost or damage which may occur during transit. Any damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement , you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must also be received within 2 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If it sustained structural damages beyond repair, please take pictures of it and indicate the damage on the delivery receipt then refuse delivery, contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Please understand, if we file a claim against the shipping company for a non-repairable table that was damaged in shipping, it will take the shipping company up to 90 days to resolve the claim. We do not replace any non-repairable table at our expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost tables will be refunded once the claim is settled . Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to this transaction.

Return Policy: We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for your table, please notify us in writing within 2 days of receiving your table, and we will issue you a full refund for the table. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned table for us to process your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items are brand new sealed in manufacturer's packaging, t are absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or played on for any reason as the table would be considered used.
