Made and assayed in Sheffield in 1906, this is a beautiful three piece solid silver hallmarked Tea Service, the design is particularly elegant. The condition is excellent, and the Hallmarks and makers mark are clear and well defined. This is a classic & obvious case of clear investment potential. A modern set of similar design & weight would cost more than twice this price to buy new. Surely therfore this set at nearly 100 years old already, should attract the eye of the keen investor. (And before you ask the question, I already have two sets of my own). It weighs 38 troy oz approx.
