This payphone is re-done in the Harley-Davidson theme. It is an original Automatic Electric payphone from the streets of Southern California, taken out of service 30 years ago,after being in service for 10-20 years. It is NOT a replica. All the parts are original and an A/E ringer installed. A nice cloth covered modular plug is included so you just need to plug it in and it will call out and rings when recieving calls. Sound and voice is crystal clear. A nice heavy 'bakelight' handset helps that and also shows the phone is as rugged as Harley's are themselves. The coin track makes the proper and distinctive ding and gong sounds as the coins roll through into the coin return, or, you can flip a lever to deposit the coins in the coin box area. Also, it does take a nickle to dial out, or you can disable the feature. A sheet of paper with instructions is included for all of that stuff. It was sandblasted to bare metal then repainted in authentic Harley colours and baked 3 times for a long lasting finish. It comes complete with the locks and keys to the top case and the coin box door. Phone guaranteed for 2 years. I ship within 2 days and always include tracking #'s and only charge what it actually costs to ship. No extra garbage fees. If you are local, you can pick it up.
