3 VINTAGE KENSINGTON ART DECO BRUSHED ALUMINUM PIECES The three Kensington vintage Art Deco pieces are comprised of two bowls and a vase. The first bowl stands 4 ½ inches tall and 7 ½ inches across. It weighs 1.3 Lbs. and has a decretive brass band around the base with a raised extended leaf pattern. The Vase is seven inches tall and 3 ½ inches across and has a distinctive diamond pattern around the base. It weighs 8.3 Oz. The second bowl stands nearly 3 inches and is 9 inches across. It is known as a Wiltshire bowl and is used for short stemmed flowers or fruit and i t weighs 11.8 Oz. All three pieces are vintage Kensington with a brushed aluminum finish. They are all in good condition and they all have the Kensington Hallmark on the base. Kensington was a company started in 1934 by Alcoa to introduce aluminum for use in residential settings. Lurelle Guild designed the line of products including the bowl with the brass base. While I realize it is difficult to judge condition online, I rate these pieces as 9 out of 10. I thank you for putting your trust in me.
