If you like collecting vintage sterling silver items, cigarette holders or just really interesting and beautiful things then please take a look at this auction. a three vintage sterling silver cigarette holders. One of them is bakelite and silver and looks like is was hand made. They are not marked but were tested to be sterling silver. I could not find any marks. They are all unique and beautiful. They are 3 1/2" to 4" long. Please take a look at my other auction items! Shipping Terms International bidders , unless other arrangements are made or restrictions apply for your country, we ship all international packages through the United States Postal Service either Global Express Mail (2-3 days), Airmail Parcel Post (4-7 days) or Economy (Surface) Parcel Post (6-8 weeks). Do not assume the posted fixed shipping costs will cover the shipping overseas. However, on international orders please be aware that t are size restrictions that may make it impossible to ship via the mail. All customs forms will be marked with accurate prices and descriptions and requests for understatement of value will be ignored. International items take additional time to ship due to all the paperwork required to ship item and additional handling fees will be added accordingly based upon the size and weight of the item. Please be advised that your country will charge you a customs fee that is in addition to the rate we quote you for shipping/handling/insurance. Payment Terms We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Visa or MasterCard through PayPal only. Sorry we do not accept PO's or COD's. The High Bidder must respond in 3 Days after close of the Auction. Payment is due within 7 days of the Auction's Close. Buyer pays actual shipping, packaging, and insurance charges. Items not paid for in a timely fashion will be relisted, we appreciate prompt payment and will give appropriate feedback. Return Policy All items sold AS IS.
