Brand new in the box is this Boris car lot. This building is plastic and is already assembled. The building also has opening doors and interior illumination. This building is 9 3/8" x 9 3/8"x 6 3/8" and is made by MTH. About us: We are a family owned and operated business. We are an authorized Lionel sales and service.
