We have an original and Complete .30 or 3006 USGI WW2 Type Butt Stock Cleaning Kit. Included in this auction is a complete set of maintenance equipment that is stored inside the butt stock of the rifle and consists of the following: 1. Combination Tool. 2. Grease Container. 3. Long Plastic Case Oilier. 4. 4 Cleaning Rod Sections . 5. One Cleaning Rod OD Case. 6. Cleaning Patch Holder Tip. 7. Small Arms Bore Cleaning Brush (our picture shows a bronze bore brush with brass fittings and the one that you will get is a bronze bore brush with chrome fittings.) ( our picture also shows two small plastic parts that are attached to the cleaning rod sections that we have pictured which are not included in our auction) The handle of the combination tool is also used as the cleaning rod handle. To do this, allow the cleaning rod extension of the tool to fall from the tool handle so that it hangs perpendicular. Assemble the four sections of the cleaning rod and screw into the threaded hole in the cleaning rod extension. Either the bore brush or the cleaning patch holder may be attached to the end of the cleaning rod. The plastic lubricant case is closed with a screw cap which has a stem attached that is used to apply oil drop by drop on one end. The cap is fitted with a gasket to prevent oil leakage. The other end has another screw cap and contains rifle grease. Trying to find all the components in this kit is quite a task these days. We have done all the hard work for you.... Our kit is in NEW UN-ISSUED condition with most parts showing just a bit of storate ware. Overall a well above average condition Butt Stock Cleaning Kit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer pays for shipping.
