~Auction Description~ Up for auction is a pair of Authentic Art Deco Markel Era Machine Age Chrome Bullet Lamps. You will find this pair to be in excellent condition with tall, skyscraper-like, frosted glass shades that have a very Deco design. I am pleased to say that you will find the glass shades to be free of any chips, cracks, breaks, or anything else that would deface this impressive pair. They are "divided" into 7 distinct regions, with various styles and characteristic patterns. You will find mirrored pull feathers, a center, raised ridge, and fine ribs throughout. The lamps are finished off with a tiered top. Very nice indeed! The bases themselves are also in good condition. The Chrome has worn only slightly, and they are free from any unsightly dents and dings, retaining their original integrity. These beauties work just as they should and are a very nice touch to an Art Moderne Décor. The lamps stand at 11" Tall. The shade itself is 8 ½" Tall and 3" across at the widest point. It has a bottom opening of 1 ½". The base measures 3 ½" Tall and 4 ½" Wide. Take a look at the actual photos below to see what is being offered. These could be ideal for the Collector and Bookend Enthusiast. Please feel free to email with questions, inquiries, or any additional information.
