335 Grams Gold Plated Recovery Scrap Jewelry Lot 335 grams Yellow Gold (All Plated) Recovery Scrap Jewelry Here is a big lot of yellow gold (all plated) broken scrap jewelry for precious metal recovery and refining, and for base scrap metal recovery and recycling. This all metal jewelry lot has varying degrees of plating (some fair, most good, some excellent) from unmarked vintage and newer damaged and tangled jewelry, could possibly be some wearable jewelry also but no guarantee any is wearable. There is NO solid gold or solid precious metal in here that we are aware of- this lot is for precious metal refiners and base metal scrappers. Don 't bid on this lot if you are expecting to find solid precious metal, because there isn't any, it is all plated. This lot should be considered junk, worst case scenario, by those who are not experienced precious metal refiners and base metal scrappers. You have been informed, and requests for returns will not be accepted. However- we have had great reports from our buyers that they have been recovering big yields of precious metals from these lots by means of chemical and electrical refining processes, see our feedback on these lots (welcome back, repeat customers!) The bulk of this came from many estate buyouts in southern California and some comes from a huge box of rejects, all metal, from an old jewelry factory that closed a long time ago, so we are told. We purchased a fairly large volume of this, so expect more. We have much more like this coming, check back often. We also have lots of white gold/silver/rhodium (all plated) scrap jewelry similar to this and more yellow gold plated scrap lots (from the same factory and estate lots) listed at this time, check them out if you are interested. For Your Information: I want to clarify that if you are refining this stuff yourself, you will do much better than sending it to a refinery, based on customer feedback . We have had some instances where new buyers come in and buy many lots, and then are disappointed because they got poor results from sending it in. I cannot guarantee the yield due to variations of the refining process and/or variations in the cost of refining. All I can say for sure is that the quality of the plating on the items is very consistent (all hand picked) and most all of our successful repeat customers are refining these lots themselves- they have proven refining processes that work for them, and they are profiting. My suggestion is if you are new to refining, try one of these lots. If it works for you, awesome. Then come on back! We want to avoid problems and make you aware that the precious metals refineries often charge a lot of money to process gold plated lots, often dwarfing any profit for the person sending in the lot, especially on gold plated scrap.
