You are bidding on McDonalds Lego Restaurant # 3438. My husband collected Lego's for years and years. It was his habit to open them up when he got home from the toy store, assemble them, then pack them away. So although they are opened, they have not really been played with (other than assembled that one time) Because the boxes have been opened, I have attempted to confirm the number of pieces in each box. I contacted Lego, and they told me to count each piece separately, ie: Minfigs: count each hand, head, torso, and legs separately. It is also possible that a piece could be missing from the factory. Should something be missing, you would need to contact Lego directly for replacement pieces and would be responsible for the cost. You can order missing parts on the Lego web site or call . I am selling these in "as is" condition.
