35 blue binders with matching slipcases and pages from 1840 thru 2001. (Volume 1-37). These are the famous Scott International Albums, acclaimed as the ultimate album for worldwide collectors. The International is one of the broadest and far reaching, worldwide albums available, containing a total of over 15,000 pages and spaces for over 200,000 stamps. That, my friends, is just about all of them! The original collector who bought these apparently changed his mind and decided not to collect the entire world. Therefore, there are no stamps in the volumes. His loss is your gain! He also rearranged the pages from the chronological order in which they were issued and alphabetized all the volumes. Thus, instead of 1840-1940, Volume One contains pages of Abu Dhabi thru Angola from their beginning through 2001. The owner, however, was a heavy smoker and a strong odor remains. If this doesn't bother you, you can pick up a real bargain here! Scott sells the binders and slipcases for $2,900 and the pages in excess of $6,000 new (total of binders, slipcases and pages would be $8,900). I'm starting the bidding at just $1,600.
