36" X 48" This auction is for a 36" Wide x 48" Long piece of our 1/8" thick Ribbed Rubber V matting. It has a groove depth of 1/16" and is our most popular and afford able type of matting. Unlike the cheaper vinyl matting, this ribbed rubber matting is extremely flexible and much easier to work with in colder weather conditions. The V style matting excel s at catching fine gold and have slightly higher ridges then similar square and rounded profile matting, which most consider to be low profile matting. Many miners run this matting under the Miners Moss in their sluice boxes so that my fine gold has a place to settle and get trapped. It al so works great running it by its self in a beach box to catch the fine flour gold , in a clean-up sluice to separate your fine gold from the black sands or in the discharge chute of your highbanker as a nugget catch. This matting will catch fine flour gold that would normally just wash out of low and rounded profile matting's . No matter how you decide to use this matting , it will keep the gold in the box! Don't loose your gold to cheap low profile square and rounded matting! 80% of all gold recovered from any mining operation is fine or flour gold.
