36 MARX Presidents with new 5 STEP WOOD STAND--Washington - Nixon. This acomodates the latest 'add-on' Presidents. In another auction, I am offering the brand new 5 step Presidential Review Stand. This WILL INCLUDE Presidents Washington- President Nixon. If you would only prefer to buy this quality stand, email me at or go to the auction that is featuring ONLY the stand.Since 2000, I have wanted to design a better stand. Working with two of the country's premier cabinetmakers, has designed this reviewing stand that will make the styrofoam stand obsolete. It is all wood with the exception of the four pillars which are hard plastic. The reviewing stand itself is attached to a contoured base, which features 'round over' routered cuts. It appears to be molded on due to the outstanding craftsmanship and painting that includes filling all gaps, cracks, nail holes, etc. , giving it that "One Piece Look". The base is glued and nailed to the bottom, then it was caulked. Every step and across the back was also caulked. If you notice, the shape of the stands is accomplished with exact standards by placing the wood in a press.T are four (4) steps including the one with the pillars. The third picture will show one of the pillars off the base. No longer will you have to worry, or settle for a stand that has pillars that barely stay on the stand. Also I have eliminated the indentations that the styrofoam stand has, because I know if you are a collector of Marx Presidents, you KNOW which order they go in, plus now you can arrange them how YOU want. Now, you have to ask yourself a few questions: 1. Is this worth the price? Look at the quality. We all know that the styrofoam stands can go for outrageous prices. NOW you have a choice! 2. What does this say about me as a collector? It means you want the very best for your collection. 3. Will it stand the test of time? How many times have you heard the styrofoam stand described as 'yellowed' or 'crumbly' or 'with dents'? You deserve this pristine white reviewing stand.
