LOT H From Grandma's Attic! Please be sure to view all her items listed...Combined Shipping Welcome! 38 Vintage Silk & Nylon Thread Wood Spools ~ Sewing ~ Needlepoint ~ Quilting ~ Crochet ~ ~ Knitting ~ Embroidery ~ Macramé ~ Crafts ~ Too many to list individually! Please see picture. Most are Silk, others Nylon and the two largest state Gassed & Mercerized. All on wood spools except two that are on plastic and the two largest are on compressed cardboard cones. Some are NEW, some barely used, some more used. Some have labels or ink stamped info on ends. One grey/gray spool is unraveled slightly at top. Some manufacturers names: Retco, Holland, Coats & Clark's, Sears Roebuck and Co. A GREAT COLLECTION! Container stored, no odor, some damage to a few of the wood spool ends. UPDATED INFO: One picture has spools separated onto labels: · Two Large Cones OO/2=both Retco Gassed & Mercerized Black 327230, White (T-30) 460287 · O= Holland #360 Silk · OO= Holland #704 Silk · OOO= #1806? Stamp# is off edges, Silk · B= ALL Holland; Nylon Color 36(lt.Blue) Order 1809 on burgundy plastic spool, Nylon 61 green, Silk 401 beige, Silk 624 brown · C= both Holland Nylon; 448 purple, 187 black · HTS 33 is ink stamped on Holland Nylon 448 purple · F= All 3 Holland Regal Silk 192 brown · 4-A= Coats & Clarks Boilfast Mercerized Size 50(?) lt. blue The other picture has three groups; 1. the left side has a large plastic spool with black thread~this group has NO markings to describe threads. 2. The next "group" is the green spool that has pencil markings on the bottom "A" and 61 or 6', not sure. 3. Then the right group only have numbers, starting with back left; · 4 th row: 181, 46 · 3 rd row: 816, 360 · 2 nd row: 20, 378Nylon, 602 · 1 st front row: Fairloom sold only by Sears Roebuck and Co Merc. Boil 50 Proof, two red threads by Coats & Clarks Mercerized Size 50(?), far right spool 134 I'm far from knowing anything about these threads but hope this helps those inquiring!
