~385 Japan & A China Or 2 - Hinged On Pages - Unchecked - See All Scans - Stored in dry desert environment - Spot checking shows some stamps (a minority) may be partially stuck to the page near the hinge. Many of these can be easily freed by carefully and gently working tweezers between the stamp and page, but some can't easily be freed by tweezers . It appears that the sticking is due to too much moisture having been originally placed on the hinge causing the sticking. Therefore at worse case, any stubbornly stuck stamps should easily be removable by soaking.The item(s) shown in the scans are the exact item(s) the winning bidder will receive. However, u nless otherwise stated, any poly plastic mounting pages shown in scans or photos are not included.Item will be shipped in plastic wrapping to guard against shipping damage or water damage.Any "Cat Val" Listed is the catalog value from 2016 Scott.
