Very large, very beautiful specimen of red and green tourmaline (mainly the red tourmaline "Rubellite", few small crystals of Rubellite with green tourmaline) with sparkling crystals of Lepidolite and snow white Clevelandite. The largest tourmaline crystal measures 2 1/2" (6.7 cm) long. Photos are taken of ALL sides. From Namibia. Weighs 4 pounds, 11 ounces. Measures an average of 5 1/2" (14 cm) round, by 3" (7.7 cm) deep. This specimen is from an estate sale that belonged to Chuck Simmons in Tucson, AZ. He was very knowledgeable about minerals and (in our opinion) collected the best According to Melody's book, LOVE IS IN THE EARTH, some of the properties found in Lepidolite crystals are: " Activates the throat chakra, heart chakra, the third eye, and the intellect. Also opens the crown chakra and allows for the flowering of the inner blue lotus.
