This lot consists of 4 license plate toppers, everyone of which has problems, which should be addressed before putting them on display. They are as follows: 1. Lebanon County Motor Club AAA emblem with a 10" wide aluminum bracket. T is some chipping in the blue enamel by the two mounting screws. The rest of the blue enamel has a dull finish, not shiny like it should be. Except for one tiny chip, the white enamel is fine, and shiny like it should be. 2. State Automobile Insurance Assn. license plate topper. This is 3 1/2" diameter chrome plated brass. It is not enameled, but has a red, white, and blue painted background for the chromed letters. This background could be repainted to make a nice looking display item for your collection. 3. Lancaster Auto Club AAA License Plate topper. This has some bending across the middle, and numerous chips in the enamel. I touched up areas in the circular area. Below that, the blue enamel is largely missing. Restoration is surely needed to make this a decent display item. 4. Silvertown Safety League license plate topper. As I remember those were commonly used on bicycles. The reflector (mounting screw loose) may not be original, as is covers up too much of "Silvertown" (See with and without reflector). A smaller reflector would be better.
