I am offering three old photographs from around 1900 of 52nd Avenue, Chicago, Illinois and one photo of the Des Plaines River Bridge, Maywood, Illinois. I have listed them as cabinet photos, since none of the other categories applied. They are large 6 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches tall, but they do not have cardboard backs, they are just on paper. They were part of a photo album. They are only glued in each corner, and could be removed quite easily. The photo of the Des Plaines River Bridge near Maywood, Illinois is a little dark. On back of that album page is the AE&C (that is Aurora, Elgin, Chicago train) Milk Train and Station at 52nd Ave. in Chicago, this photo is a little light, but it shows the horses and wagons bringing the milk cans to the train or picking them up. The next photo is the AE&C Terminal at 52nd Ave., Chicago, nice clear sharp photo (my photo of the photo shows lighter than it is) of the buildings and tracks, on the back of that album page is the AE&C Freight and Milk Station at 52nd Ave, Chicago, a nice sharp photo (my photo of the photo shows lighter than it is), it shows horses and wagon backed up to the loading platform by the train and people on the platfrom. I will be listing more photos from the album soon. If you have any questions please email me and thanks for looking!
