Up for auction is a lot of four Dansk Variation V teaspoons. These spoons were designed by Jens Quistgaard and are the very hard to find earliest and first edition, made in Finland. The four spoons are all marked Dansk Designs, Finland IHQ". This is a very hard pattern to find(this pattern was later made in Germany, Japan and Korea). These again are in the Variation V pattern and have a very sleek Mid Century Modern design. They would fit into any Eames Era inspired home. The spoons measure 6 1/2 inches long. The spoons are in excellent condition for t age and appear to have light use from over the years. These have a wonderful feel in your hand and have great balance. These date from the 1950's to early 1960's and are made of highend stainless steel. They have been lightly used over the years but are in great original condition. T is no pitting, no bends, no garbage disposal marks, no cracks, no knicks or other major wear. These spoons were found at a recent 85 year estate and was safely stored away for years. Please see my other auctions for other original Dansk Variation V pattern flatware pieces from the same estate. I will combine shipping! Good luck and feel free to email me with any questions. The glare spots are from the light reflection and NOT on the surface. These are in excellent original shape!
