up for auction Fresh from the Estate of a High End American Art Glass Collector is a set of Original Quezal Shades. These Art Glass Shades are signed with the early 1900s Quezal Mark on the fitter end rim as shown in the pictures. They are each decorated in beautiful Green Pulled Feathers with Gold Borders on White Opalescent. They are decorated on the inside with Gold Gilt and have a wonderful glow when lit. They are slightly ovoid in shape with a slight flair at the open end with a ruffled edge. 3 of these shades are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, or hairlines, or restorations and only very miniscule wear if any. 1 of the shades has some hairlines and cracks, which are noticeable when viewing close up. Each shade measures 5" tall. I have a minimal reserve on this auction. These shades were at one time used on a very large chandilier and then were wrapped up and stored away until just recently. I have several other Great Art Glass Pieces from this estate which I will be listing shortly. I know the high bidder will be extremely pleased with these good early Quezal Shades. I will offer insurance at the end of the auction, because the insurance fee varies with the price of the item being insured.
