4 SETS OF GORGEOUS ROYAL ALBERT OLD COUNTRY ROSES TEACUP & SAUCER This Item(s) Features Include: Material: Porcelain, with 22k Gold Accents Dimension: 2 7/8" H x 3 1/2" W Condition: Brand new and First Quality Design: Old Country Roses with Miniature Hand-Made Sculpted Roses QUANTITY: 4 This is a gorgeous teacup and saucer marked Royal Albert, Bone China, England, Old Country Roses. Both pieces in the set are adorned in gorgeous Rose motifs, featuring three different colored Roses, one each of burgundy, pink, and yellow, accompanied by tiny Rose buds and beautiful detailed green foliage. The stunning teacup is in the Montrose shape, it stands 2 7/8" tall, and measures 3 1/2" across the rim. It features a fluted rim, a double gold trimmed, flanged pedestal, and an elegant winged style handle. While the matching saucer measures 5 1/2" in diameter, and also boasts a beautiful fluted rim. With both teacup and saucer accented in plenty of sparkling brushed gold gilding on all rims! This particular pattern is one of the most beloved and cherished patterns of all time. Designed by Harold Holdcroft in 1896.... His inspiration came from an English Rose Garden in full bloom...The patterns has been in production ever since ..The longest running single pattern of all time...
