4 VOL LEATHER BOUND COMPLETE POEMS OF SHELLEY 1839 Presented is a nice 4 volume set of The Poetical Works of Percy Bysshe Shelley, Edited by Mrs. Shelley. The books are bound in brown leather with gold decoration on the bindings. The bindings have five raised ridges along the spine, and each book is labeled Shelley?s Poems and the volume number. The first volume has a print of Shelley opposite the title page. The set was published in 1839 by Edward Moxon of London. The books are in excellent condition. T is some wear to the leather as you can see in the photos, but this is minor. The bindings and pages are readable. The books are marked ?Edward J. Chapin? and ?For Mima 1885? on the first pages, and in volume 2 Edward has written a note on page 153, but otherwise t are no marks on the pages. T are no stains, no tears, no loose pages, no breaks, and no repairs. The books measure 4 3/8 inches by 6 7/8 inches.
