Offered is an early clown automaton that has been in a museum collection for the last 35 years. At times, these were used as a window displays to attract customers into the stores. Terrific movement as he pulls himself up on the bar, and flips over. Lots of movement in the body, creating a life-like act. Original clothes and hair. No touch-ups or repairs. Measures 32" tall (taller when at his peak) and 26" wide. The clown measures 26" tall. A great piece of carnival, fairground, and advertising memorabilia. Use your imagination with this, and it will bring any room to life. Kids LOVE this piece! Buyer to pay $35 for insured shipping inside the U.S. Please email with questions, and see my other auctions for some other great pieces. Thanks. Key words: amusement park, carinival, advertising, theater, gameroom, penny arcade, boardwalk, circus, FUN
