1940's Dazey Ice Crusher with a great mid-century "rocket" design Stands approx 12" tall. Base is 5.5 x 6. This one's meant to sit on a counter or table - not hang on the wall like the smaller ones
Inside lid says: Made by The Dazey Corp. St. Louis MO, USA Pat No. 2208,040 D-113,116 Model 160 Cast metal stand is a shade of ivory/cream and a bright shade of school bus yellow. Plastic ice catcher glass is a shade of amber/orange. Quite heavy, weighing almost 5 lbs (not shipping weight) Button and adjustment plate for coarse, medium or a fine crushed ice. Tested with ice - works! No dents or rust. Has some tiny paint flakes and 2 tiny rubs consistent with its age - nothing major Very Nice Vintage Condition ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Shipping is through DHL so please no PO boxes, they will no t deliver. It'll be double boxed - No worries I AM RESPONSIBLE and will make Sure your item gets to you safely and quickly. Breakables will be doubled boxed to insure a safe trip to your house.
