Double your traffic. 1940's era "Gorham" Sterling Silver repousse picture frame. This spectacular vintage frame is embossed "Gorham Sterling 321" on the bottom - see image #3. It is 5-inches tall, 3-inches wide, and in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The relief work has a wonderful depth of field to it. Original glass in excellent condition. The stand is strong and functioning. It is composed of pink silk and burgundy-colored velvet. A matching gross grain ribbon attaches the stand to the backing - see image #8. There are two tiny bare spots on the velvet backing as seen in images #6 & #10. An overall textbook example of hammered silver frames of the period. Would make a memorable Valentines Day gift - it's that beautiful.
