Here we have a Mary Hoyer Bride Doll from the late 1940's to 1950. She is made of hard plastic and is fully jointed. Her head, arms and legs move. She is in excellent condition! She is being sold with other items that are original to the doll. There is a small purse and a blanket. There is also the original price guide pamphlet. On the back there are details and prices from the original sale of this doll. The other outfits mentioned are no longer with the doll but the bride dress remains and is in fabulous shape. She has sleep eyes and they work well. She has high color in her face and on her knees. Her original hairdo is intact and well done. She is wearing original socks, shoes and veil. She is marked Original Mary Hoyer Doll on her back between the shoulders. According to the price guide there were Mary Hoyer doll shops in Reading, Pennsylvania and Ocean City, New Jersey. The doll measures 14" tall. The silk purse is roughly 2" x 2.5" and the blanket is 18" x 13". *Buyer agrees to pay shipping. Buyer must have insurance unless stated in writing to option out.
