40's Navy Polka Dot Shirtwaist Dress-M

Such a fun little swing style 40's vintage dress in a navy blue silky rayon shirtwaist style. Fabric is covered in an ivory and chartreuse polka dot print. Bodice has short sleeves, V-neckline with winged collar, and pleating at waistline, front and back. Skirt is a gored, fitted and flared A-line shape with two patch pockets in front with decorative flaps. Dress closes in front with matching fabric covered buttons and loops and a hook and eye closure at waistline. Original matching belt accompanies the dress.
Measurements-bust 38", waist 32", hips 44", shoulder to waist 16", waist to hem 26 1/2". Two top buttons missing. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.
