40'S VTG BLACK CREPE LONG PARTY DRESS RUCHED RUFFLE 28"W Up for your bidding consideration, we are offering this wonderful 1940's vintage long flowing black crepe party dress with lovely detail and style. The dress is made of a medium weight black crepe fabric, and the neckline has a fabulous gatd ruffle around the deeply vee'd neckline, which extends down the front of the dress and outlines the entire waistline....the short sleeves are dolman style and t is a large metal zipper down the front..t is a snap at the waistline, which gathers the ruffles and hides the zipper...the bodice is darted, and quite fitted and the skirt is gatd at the waistline and is very full...t are wonderful hidden side pockets on either side of the full gatd skirt...some of the pictures have been lightened to show the detail, and a show the zipper without the snap closed...true black color. Fabulous vintage black party dress...dress it up or down, can't loose in this beauty.......t is no designer label, raw seams, expertly tailored......the measurements are: 36-37" bust 28" waist full hip area 18" from shoulder to dropped waistline 31" from waistline to hemline 86" hemline sweep Fabulous vintage dress in great vintage condition...the only teeny thing i could find is a light spot at the edge of the hemline, as pictured...the skirt is so full, it doesn't
