Up for bid are 42 colored vintage glass buttons. These are all pretty awesome, & all authentic. Each one is different, but most have gold accents, or some type of embellishment, & two have rhinestones. The close up pic shows the millefiori one, this one is exceptional. T are also many hand-painted ones, and the one in the very center is actually a realistic one of an orange. All are self-shanked, but one, which has two holes. They average at 3/4" across. T's a lot of detail on them that does not show up in the pics as much as they do in person. All are in great condition, with no chips or cracks that I could see. The only flaw I could see was a rhinestone missing from the one that's supposed to have 3 rhinestones in it. I believe these are from the 1950's. These are exactly how they came to me when I got them, on the same cardboard with the same exact buttons. Each are attached to the cardboard with a little wire, which can be easily removed if desired. I bought these at an estate sale, which was part of an enormous collection. The lady who owned these was an avid button collector. After she passed away, I got her whole collection, including boxes and boxes of every type button imaginable.
