The kit: Produced by Modelauto of Leeds, England by Sun Motor Co as part of their Bugattiana range. This is #3 in their catalog of Bugatti resin kits. Originaly mastered in France by Denis Baudet for his DB Models range, in Resin. The patterns were purchased in 1991 by Modelauto for their Sun/Bugattiana range and were remastered for their production in Britian. The real car: 41.111 - Coupe de Ville Binder Sold in April 1932 to French clothing manufacturer Armand Esders . Then Purchased by a French politician the car was rebodied in the Coupe de Ville style by the coach builder Henri Binder . From this point onwards, known as the Coupe de Ville Binder Intended for but never delivered to the King of Romania. During World War 2, it was hidden from the Nazis by storing it in the sewers of Paris Briefly found its way to Britain after World War 2, and was then acquired by Dudley C Wilson of Florida in 1954.
