This is a rare 1:43 model of the #46 BMW CSL that raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1976, produced by Spark specifically for their Australian distributor Biante. The car featured an Australian themed livery with the white, red & blue of the Australian flag and kangaroo logos on the rear wing uprights. It was driven by Australian drivers Peter Brock and Brian Muir, who were assisted by French Le Mans expert Jean Claude Aubriet. The model is limited to just 1,000 pieces and is now difficult to find. Your model will be carefully packed, wrapped in bubblewrap, surrounded by foam beads and shipped in a Post Office 'Post Pak' with Australia Post.
