Beautiful large wood carved Black Forrest Bear Umbrella stand. This came from an estate along with the other Black Forest bear that we have listed. Based on my opinion, this stand is in very good condition. It does have some vertical cracks, mostly on back. But all is intact, no loose pieces or repairs form what I can see. It could use a deep cleaning in the crevices. He has so much texture and detail as all Black Forest carvings do. The ears have a little rub, the nose, lip and tooth area could use a touch up, they have little damage as you may see from the photos. I can take off the ring that the bear holds for easier packing. This bear weighs about 46 pounds, stands 43" tall by 22"x19". NO PAYPAL! if you pay for this item with paypal I will refuse it. You must send money order or bank check or you can call us with your Visa or Master Card payment . SHIPPING: I will for $20.00 drive this bear to Missoula to have this professionally packaged and shipped. I just do not have the materials to package it securely. I talked to the Shipping Depot and got some estimate on total price of shipping. Winning bidder is to pay the shipper directly with credit card . Shipping is expected to be $150.00 to $230.00 in the US, professionally packaged and shipped. I will provide their phone number at the end of auction to the winning bidder. These are expensive bears, I have seen this particular one sell for around $8,000 to $12,000 and want it to reach the winning bidder in tact so that everyone is happy. Or you can arrange to have it picked up at our location free of charge. We provide a true auction with a low starting bid, no buy it now's, and no reserve. Always with actual pictures, never stock photos so what you see is what you get.
