"Queen of Shock Rock" best known as lead singer for the Plasmatics, with her trademark Mohawk, taking sledgehammers to TV's, chainsawing guitars in two, and blowing up a Milwaukee cop car. Wendy made a run at a solo career after the Plasmatics split in 1982. She scored a Grammy nomination for Female Rock Vocalist in 1985. Wendy tried her hand at movies and TV including roles in Reform School Girls and Macgyver. She left the entertainment world to care for animals, she was an animal lover. It was really an honor to meet her, she was A GREAT PERSON!! This read more
