It was made as an American Flyer by Lionel product. *** 6-49909 American Flyer Pennsylvania Heavyweight Baggage Passenger Car Body Shell from 2007. This particular car was only available in the 6-48993 Pennsylvania Heavyweight Passenger Car 2-Pack. It measures approximately 13.5" in length, and goes with the newer style heavyweight cars, not the ones from the 1940s and 1950s. This is a complete shell with windows and vestibules that should mount to a frame with six screws. (The frame and screws are not included.) Basically, what you see in the photographs is what it comes with.
