1984 4TH NATIONAL CONVENTION BARBIE® DOLL LOVING YOU BARBIE® This auction is for the 4th National Barbie® Doll Convention souvenir. Mattel provided 250 Loving You Barbie® dolls, each with a special "Barbie Loves New York October 11-14, 1984" ribbon for this 4th Convention in New York City, NY. The doll set includes: Doll - #7072 Loving You Barbie® doll with: red dress with silver accents, panties jewelry, shoes, heart-shaped case with sculptured top, 50 sheets of heart-shaped stationary, pencil, heart-shaped stickers, stamper, 4" brush and comb . Miniature silver Barbie® charm Convention Book with: Convention Agenda Barbie paperdoll copies This doll has been in a smoke-free home since she was received. She has not been displayed and t is no evidence of stains or discoloration. She is in MINT condition. The box is in NEAR MINT condition. I did not open the box. The box is taped shut and it appears like it might be the original Mattel taping, so I did not open the box. Picture 1 & 3 shows the "Barbie Loves New York October 11-14, 1984" ribbon what was unique for this show. Pictures 4 & 5 show the m iniature silver Barbie® charm.
