5 GAL POT STILL COPPER & STAINLESS MOONSHINE DISTILLER

5 Gallon Pot Still

The boiler is a 20 Quart or 5 gallon heavy duty stainless steel milk can with handles.

The can has some dents and scratches from normal use.

The Column and condenser are made from copper.

All soldering was done with lead free solder.

The Column is made from 1" Copper and is 10" Tall.

The outside copper on the Liebig condenser is 1" and the inside copper is 1/2".

The Condenser is about 18" Long.

This still can be used on your stove top or with a propane burner, I always used a propane burner for a fast start up.

The plug on the column can be removed and 1/2" dial Thermometer can be placed in the column.

The column is not soldered to the bottom fitting as this makes it easy to break down for cleaning and storage.

If you need any information on the operation of stills and or recipes, an internet search of distilling or moonshine will supply you with some good information.
