Good luck bidding!! We are very pleased to offer this superb set of five Antique Japanese Imari plates dating to the mid 19th century. The plates have alternating scenes all of which are accented with gilt. The plates have scalloped edges and ribbed rims. The back of the plates are decorated with both underglaze blue and overglaze iron red. Each of the plates measure 9.5 inches across. The set of plates is in superb condition with the exception of just two plates having a tiny flea bite on the rim. T are no other chips, cracks, or restorations.
