Up for auction is a beautifully handcrafted little basket by Arthur R. Martin. It is a Nantucket style basket with a hardwood base, rim, and shaped handle. It is marked on the bottom; A.R.M. HANDCRAFT BASKET. I believe these are also called, "Prison Baskets". This basket measures 5.5" Tall, without the handle, x 7.25" wide x 5.75" deep. (width and depth measured at the top of the basket) As you can see from the pictures, it is in excellent condition. I am starting this auction at $9.99 and have no reserve. Good luck bidding!
