You are bidding on a brand new display with 50 genuine BIC disposable lighters. You get what you see in the picture. These all have the 70's retro styles with the Flick My BIC and Flick Your BIC logo on them. These are the full size lighters (not mini's).

All items are new.

SHIPPING

All items ship within two business days after payment received and cleared (if necessary).

US Postal Service Shipping : Priority Mail or First Class only. The USPS delivery confirmation number will not be emailed to you. Insurance is optional and at your own cost; however, we recommend you insure high dollar items as we will not be able to offer refunds for lost or damaged items that are not insured. You may prefer UPS shipping (see below).
UPS Ground Shipping : Items shipped UPS Ground are automatically insured; UPS will send a tracking number (for items $25 or more) to your eBay registered email address.
I do not ship FedEX, DHL, or by any other services. I do not ship on customer accounts or COD.

I do not ship internationally and will not accept bids from International Bidders--regardless of w the item will be shipped. This is a firm policy based upon problems I have encountered in the past. Please note that this policy applies to Canada as well as any APO or FBO boxes. I do not ship anyw that requires a customs form.

Combined Shipping: For items won by the same bidder within a five day period, I will gladly combine shipping. Please note that some flat rate shipping boxes and envelopes will now always save money, but every effort is made to provide cost effective shipping for your purchases. Payment for combined items must be paid in full and in one payment. Once payment has been received on any item, it cannot be combined with any future purchases.

Payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction closing.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Please note that items marked AS IS are clearly stated as such in the auction description and not eligible for refunds. Refunds may be issued for full purchase price only, not including shipping. I do not refund any shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, please do so within seven days of receiving the item; any additional delay could make you ineligible for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. A factory sealed item (including any item with distressed packaging) cannot be returned once the package is opened; I will NOT take the item back or issue any refund.
