These are 100% unopened, unsearched, rolls of 2013-D Brilliant Uncirculated Penny rolls ($0.50) each face value. They come from local banks in boulder (near Denver and the Denver mint). I buy boxes of pennies in search and pull out the rolls that statistically turn out to be the best unc rolls. However, these are unsearched and for some reason an occasional stray coin will make it into the rolls. From my findings one in about every 15 rolls will have one or two stray coins inside it. The stray coins are not always bad, one time the stray coin was a 1919 wheat back penny and when I took pictures for this add it was a 1938 Canadian penny in great shape. I offer refunds for rolls that differ severely from my findings, for example: the two end coins are UNCs and the middle is completely random. Though rare I have seen fluke rolls like this. I just ask to be reasonable with refunds.Great Mint State coins that can be set aside for future value, filling a collection, looking for new errors that red book won't know about yet, including blank planchets which I have found 3 so far.
