Royal Mail allow up to 15 working days for items to arrive, so cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Deliveryâ¢ items). Europe - Royal Mail allow 20 working days for items to arrive at European destinations so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days have passed since the item was posted. Rest of the World - Royal Mail allow 25 working days for items to arrive for the rest of the world so cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 25 working days have passed since the item was posted.
