500 Home Run Club MLB AL Baseball - MANTLE,WILLIAMS, 11 signatures total on Bobby Brown AL ball, who was the American League Commissioner in the '90's before "The Mick" + Boston's 'SPLENDID SPLINTER' passed away.This ball was group signed by some of the ALL-TIME Best hitters of the MLB. Oldest Member being TED WILLIAMS w/the newest addition to the club being Mike Schmidt. Since them I believe Eddie Murray, Barry Bonds + a few select others have now joined the ranks of these stand-alone Hall of Famers who all scored 500 or more career home runs ! ! The roster for this ball includes: Willie McCovey, Ernie Banks, Harmon Killebrew, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Reggie Jackson, Eddie Mathews, Frank Robinson, Mike Schmidt, Ted Williams + Mickey Mantle. Ten yrs. ago my insurance/replacement value of this ball was over $1000.00 w/it's value today about double that, if you can even find a comparable ball like this beauty ! ! THIS IS THE ONE EVERYONE DREAMS OF ! The signatures range from 9 to clear 10s on the Mantle, Williams, + several others like Mays + Aaron,etc etc. as you can see... The sweet spot was left for Mantle on the bottom + TED WILLIAMS in the place of honor + respect above Mantle, as you can see. No smudges(which is rare),runs or skips + all signed w/the same blue pen.
