THE SIDES ARE WHITE, THE TRIM IS RED & THE ROOF IS THE RARE DARK GRAY . THIS COLOR COMBINATION MAKES THIS A VERY HARD ITEM TO FIND .

O, O27, S GAUGE

Condition

THE CAPE IS CLEAN AND COMPLETE, INCLUDING THE HARD TO FIND CHIMNEY. THE CAPE IS NOT GLUED TOGETHER , NOR ARE THERE ANY BREAKS OR CRACKS. THE CAPE HAS SOME FACTORY GLUE STAINS. MOST CAPES HAVE MUCH HEAVIER GLUE STAINS FROM THE GLUE THAT THE WORKERS AT THE BACHMANN FACTORY USED IN THE 1950s WHEN THEY GLUED IN THE WINDOWS & DOORS. OVER TIME THE GLUE DIFFUSED THROUGH THE WALLS.

INCLUDED IS THE ORIGINAL BOX WHICH HAS 4 CORNERS TAPED WITH CLEAR TAPE. THE BOX ALSO HAS 2 SMALL PLACES ON THE COVER AND 1 SMALL PLACE ON THE FRONT FLAP SCRATCHED OUT.
