is our policy on shipping: We generally use DHL Ground, or in some cases USPS. International shipments generally go USPS. PLEASE NOTE: USPS no longer offers the cheaper international surface shipping option, only global airmail. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know prior to us invoicing you, and we will work to accomodate your request. PLEASE NOTE: We will apply full insurance to the shipment, but will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged item. We will file a damage claim on your behalf, but will not be held responsible for the outcome of the claim. We have packed items for years, and know how to do it correctly, but shipping accidents occasionally occur no matter what precautions are taken, especially with glass or fragile items. Please note our policy as a stipulation for bidding. Also note: because of increased volume, please allow up to 2 weeks from payment for delivery.

Also Note: No refund will be given, partial or full, unless an item has been significantly misrepresented. The items we deal in are vintage by nature, and commonly have the type of wear that you would associate with a vintage piece that has seen typical use over the years, including, but not limited to: light scratching, scuffing, minor edge bruising, some light finish wear. We will call out any major condition issues, but these conditions should be presumed, unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to email with any questions or concerns. Thanks.
