EARLY 1950's MARTIN D-28 "RIDGEBACK" KLUSON TUNER SET - UNUSED OLD STOCK Original early 1950's Nickel Ridgeback Kluson set of 6 individual tuners used on "D" model Martin guitars. I believe that started in 1950. Each sealed back tuner is wrapped separately in brown tissue in its stock numbered original box. Original 6 ferrules / bushings and 12 tuner mounting screws (slotted screws not phillips were used on 50's D-28's) are include in a small envelope. The tuners, ferrules and screws are in near mint to mint "New Old Stock" unused condition. Early 1950's Martin D-28's used these high end Kluson tuners. There are probably other guitars that would have used these tuners but I am not aware of which other guitars did use them. So if you want an original very tight tuner set and/or have a minty early 50's D-28 these are the tuners for your guitar! A stunning and impossibly RARE set to find in this condition. $8.00 U.S.A.
