Fresh to the market from a local estate and up for auction is a highly stylized Matt Black Vase by Tracy Irwin for BAUER in the 1950s. We were very lucky to be allowed to purchase items from a local home that had been furnished almost entirely with Herman Miller furniture designed by George Nelson and Charles Eames. We are putting up for auction many of the smaller items this week. Please check out our other auctions for exceptional items from this home. This vase, #516, measures approximately 8" tall. It is in great condition with no chips or cracks. T are a couple light wedding ring marks as seen in the photo. T is some indication of use on the inside of the vase as seen in the photo. Impressed on the bottom: BAUER. Would look great in any Eames style or Danish Modern Mid Century Home. Don't let this get away! NOTES TO BIDDERS: Please read description carefully.
