This is a beautiful bright red 1950's square salad bowl that I believe could be purchased as part of the Oven & Table set with small bowls. With the matching lid it can be used as a casserole. I have never seen one with a lid before, only in books. This one looks unused....just a few tiny scratches on bowl from being in the kitchen cupboard for many years. It holds 2 and 1/2 quarts and measures 9 inches in diameter.....would be lovely with potato salad in it. The book value, with lid, is $35.00 but I am listing it with NO RESERVE and a low opening bid of $15.00. If in the USA, winning bidder will have the option of having it send via USPS or UPS.
