RARE TOPPING F-86 SABRE JET DESK-TOP MODEL (SEE PICS BELOW) Up for auction is a 1950 - 60's Topping North American Aviation, Inc. USAF F-86 desk-top aircraft model with plastic stand in very good condition. This model has some age yellowing, a scratch on underside wing decal, minor damage on two top stickers and some fine scratching on plastic base. There are no scratches, chips, cracks or signs of wear on plane. Made in Akron, Ohio by Topping Models, this now defunct company was known for its well-built commissioned aircraft models. This F-86 is 1/38th scale. This vintage model measures approximately 11 5/8"L X 11"W and its tail # is 21975. The verbiage on its base reads, "U.S. Air Force F-86 Sabre Jet, North American Aviation, Inc." We ship by USPS priority on a 3 pound calculation within the U.S. International customers must email for a price quote. We do not ship internationally.
