Ginny is not perfect but just look at that sweet face. Here is a late 1958 bent knee walker Vogue Ginny doll labeled on her back in her one piece silver lame ballerina suit with pink flowers at the waist above the white tutu. It is seen in the Vogue Encyclopedia page 170 outfit #1150. The suit ties around the neck with a white ribbon and snaps in the back with a Vogue looking snap but has no label anymore. She has blonde braids but I curled them up with pins so she could dance. Her long white stockings are replacements. The shoes white fabric on cardboard soles and I tied them on with new white ribbons. She has no cracks and her arms hold a pose but there is a tiny black dot on her left upper arm. (see picture 6) Her eyes are big and brown. They open well but only close manually. Her lips are nice and pink and eyebrows are still brown but there is a slight shadow under her left eye probably from a rubber band on her when she was new. Her head turns when you walk her legs, but the left leg seems to go out farther than the right. Her knees bend correctly for posing. I was selling my Ginnys in an antique mall, so that's why some still have prices on them. So so cute, displays really well
