with 32” single-edged steel blade with 4/5-length fuller, 8” false-edge marked on right ricasso U.S./G.W./1864 with single-piece plain brass quillon/guard/knuckle bow and domed brass pommel with quarter backstrap, ribbed oilcloth covered wood grip with braided brass wire wrap, total length 37.8”.
